A digital license plate would flash plate number at to be determined intervals, such as, every twenty seconds. In between messages would flash, such as, amber alerts, weather, traffic, and other public service announcement. States could also generate revenue through advertising food, gas, motels with gps directed mileage to destination.
These plates could be programmed to flash expired plates.
This is small sampling of immence information that could be displayed on millions of autos in the future.
