Full Description

Ezee-Feed Infeed / Outfeed Systems

Designed, built and shop tested for a number of years, in the commercial environment of a professional cabinet shop, this Ezee-Feed device was developed in an effort to eliminate the difficulties and risks commonly associated with a single worker attempting to cut sheet goods, such as Plywood, Melamine, M.D.F., and solid surface materials.

Current devices on the market, such as roller stands and similar products, are ineffective in working with these materials. They are easily knocked over, or out of alignment with the saw, resulting in the sheet being forced away from the rip fence.

This creates the potential of a condition known as kickback, wherein the material is thrown back towards the user, and which can be potentially fatal. A very graphic video, exposing this condition can be viewed here:

It was shot by

MCPetruk who says;

“I shot this for “Trauma: Life in the E.R” The chunk of wood in this guy’s face came from table saw kickback”. Note: This is a Very Graphic Video

  In addition to being a safety issue, unsatisfactory results are common, and often result in the work piece being unacceptable. The very design of these devices is flawed in addressing these concerns. They are basically exchanging one problem for another.

The mounting system designed for Ezee-Feed automatically aligns the device to the saw, and eliminates the risk of being knocked over. The mounting system permits unlimited movement of the Ezee-Feed device along the front of the saw, as it is mounted to a track with sliding brackets.

The risk of back strain, while attempting to load sheet goods onto the saw is great. It is one of the major causes of back injury in a wood shop. Ezee-Feed addresses this issue and has design features to reduce or eliminate this risk.

A video showing the benefits of the Ezee-Feed system can be seen here:

This Ezee-Feed system is especially useful to workers with medical conditions*. Irritating existing conditions such as Chronic back problems, hip and knee replacements, and arthritis is reduced, and surprisingly C.O.P.D. as the physical effort required in process these materials, which often approach and exceed one hundred pounds is reduced by close to fifty percent, while often doubling production and accuracy.

Using the Ezee-Feed device, a single user can safely and easily load and cut sheet goods without assistance, and achieve accuracy equal to that of sliding table saws, costing as much as $10,000.00 or more, and requiring a very large amount of dedicated floor space, which is a major concern for home shops as well as smaller professional shops.

Ezee-Feed mounts to and removes from the machine in seconds, folds for easy storage and is light enough to transport to job sites. The ease of use makes using the system for even a single sheet worth while. This device adds significantly to the safety of these smaller portable job site saws by greatly increasing the foot print of these saws, reducing the chance of them being tipped over while in use.

The lateral leverage cutting sheet goods can inflict on these smaller saws is more than enough to overcome the saw's ability to resist this condition, resulting in the saw tipping over while in the process of making the cut.

The Ezee-Feed universal mounting system permits use on most types of table saws, including these portable job site saws.  Mounting system also permits use on multiple machines, without requiring any adjustment. Moves from the table saw to shaper in seconds, and is instantly ready to use.

 This system also permits safe ripping or shaping of lumber, and reduces or eliminates the need for jointing the edges, even with rough lumber, regardless of size or weight.

 In summary, the Ezee-Feed device addresses all of the difficulties involved in processing sheet goods, and was specifically design to eliminate them. The result is it reduces physical exertion, while increasing safety, accuracy and productivity in working with sheet goods.

We have sold in excess of Two Hundred of these units Nationwide, some of which to woodworking schools, and while we offer a money back guarantee, non have been returned.
