(Patent Pending 61091415)  A ceiling mounted pull up bar that can be mounted on any Standard ceiling. Folds up out of the way against the ceiling when not in use. The bar is height adjustable for use by different height people. No more jumping 2 to 3 feet to get a work and no more sprained ankles droping from a tiring workout. Different attachments for squats and an incline bench. When mounted in a garage it folds tight up against the ceiling so the space can still be used for parking or a work shop. This system mounts in the exsisting ceiling joist and dosn't require a door frame for support.
