Full Description
This patented basketball shooting aid attaches to the basketball player’s shooting forearm (wrist to elbow). It projects a laser leveling cross that positions the shooter’s forearm in the correct pre-shot position – the 90 degree angle (perpendicular to the ground).
It also creates a sight-line that keeps the shooter’s follow-through on track.
The "cross-hair" laser level that reflects off of the backboard helps to maintain shooter’s accuracy through target visualization (as a gun sight would).
The laser component would attach to a sleeve on the forearm. Velcro could be used in attachment or the sleeve could be designed with a "pocket" to hold the laser component.
Consistent practice with the Laser Basketball Shooting Aid will result in:
1) Improved shooting mechanics and follow through
2) Increased muscle memory in the correct shooting arm position
3) Better shot-making proficiency and skill
This device attempts train the shooter to copy the shooting form of pros like Steve Nash and Kobe Bryant..
Invention is fully patented and licensing is negotiable.
