PAYING FOR A PATENT OF FUTURE PROSPERITY TO POSSESS 40% OF ITS OWNERSHIP.       

       A creative electric appliance, invented by individuals independently, has been a pending utility patent in Canada, China and the USA. To expand the patent coverage, the inventor calls on any individuals, firms or institutes all over the world that are with a will to help a new product promotion to join in alliances, jointly apply for and also share ownership of the patent in some more countries.  

How to join an alliance:  If interested, anybody can contact the alliance caller or sponsor following the instruction as below so as to negotiate and lawfully obtain a co-operation agreement. The caller, or the product inventor outlines the terms and the obligations for co-operation of the both parties as follows:  1) An alliance is only for one joint patent application to a new country.  2) In any alliance for patent to an intended nation/country, the inventor reserves his exclusive inventorship, as well as 60% of the future patent ownership; and the subsidizer or investor possesses 40% of the ownership.  3) Proceeding of patent application and management of all the patent routine affairs are co-operatively done by both parties.  4) The sponsor or inventor provides all the original paperwork in English or/and Chinese necessary for patent application including technical documents, and bears the responsibility of all the query solutions on both invention and techniques for the patent investigation.  5)*The subsidizer provides all the funds that are necessary for patent application and maintenance, normally including fees for application filing, document translation, prior art search, prototype/model making, examination, lawful documents, delivery/mailing, maintenance, and etc, and maybe also including fees for attorneys or/and representatives (when residence required in that country).  6) Expenses for the patent profit will be shared by both parties. (*A rough estimation for all fees will be US$2,000 – 10,000.)

Title: Methods and Configurations of LC Combined Transformers and Effective Utilizations of Cores therein     

Short Description: The mutual capacitor(s), created by the inventor, combined with the widely used transformer in electrical engineering constitute an LC combined transformer, which can be realized in different ways so as to improve accuracy of transformation serving as a current or/and voltage transformer, and also possess a function of waveform conversion/separation from square wave to quasi-sinusoid. Meanwhile, the design approach of integrated inductor and mutual inductor, the usage of push-pull inductor, and the technique of bi-periodically time-shared driving are also introduced.

Practicability: An LC combined transformer replacing a conventional current/voltage transformer has a higher accuracy of transformation, extend measuring range, and decrease the size and cost. Its characteristic of waveform conversion, when applied to power transformers, will greatly weaken the network’s waveform distortion (or passive filtering of the network); and when applied to power electronic devices, will significantly ease up the switching losses.
