As with the uncertantity of the economy and unemployment.  People get desperate and will do unethical things to satisfy their desires.  We have an aging population that receives a lot of valuable documents and statements in the mail such as tax forms, retirement statements, bank statements, credit card statements, checks, and credit cards.  These are all valuable items that need protection.
