The Stretch Loop TM is a device intended to improve and facilitate the stretching process often performed by athletes in preparation for a sport or physical activity. It can also be used by any individual who likes to stretch just for the benefit of increasing his/her flexibility and release stress.It comes with a program of 8 different stretches for each leg, which will loosen and stretch all of the lower body including the thighs (all around), hamstring, calves, buttocks, hips, feet, and even parts of the back.It is very compact and portable. It fits in a cereal box. A special door casing bracket comes with the stretch kit for quick and easy installation on any standard door way without screws or hooks.The Stretch Loop TM is a great device that really does give a complete stretch. My name is Mario Tardif. I am the Product Developer of the new portable leg stretcher called THE STRETCH LOOP TM, Utility Patent # 6,705.974.
Before I came up with this design, I did years of floor stretching and partner stretching while I was studying Martial Arts.
As a first degree Black Belt and current hockey player, I have enjoyed using THE STRETCH LOOP TM for over fifteen years.

In addition, it improves your balance and flexibility with time and use. Your hands hold only a fraction of the weight of your leg while stretching. You are in control of stretching your limits by raising your foot to a still comfortable position and, then, doing the stretching part just by leaning forward or backwards depending on which stretch you are doing your body weight provides the resistance needed for the stretch. The leaning does the stretching, not the pulling of the rope. This is what makes the Stretch Loop a safer, more controllable, and more gentle device for stretching. The Stretch Loop TM is so gentle that you actually can enjoy the benefits of relaxing and releasing stress while stretching your muscles. |
Some of the Stretching Machines available in the market are designed for horizontal positioning and enables the user to do just one stretch. They are big, heavy, hard to store, and very expensive. They can be very uncomfortable in particular on your knees since they may apply too much pressure on them resulting in knee joint pressure and potential injury. Some may release too fast snapping back your legs causing injury to a stretched muscle. A slow release to prevent this kind of incident sometimes may be hard to get as fast as you need depending on their releasing mechanism. Other Stretching Machines and Devices may be smaller and cheaper but they still offer only limit stretching benefits in comparison to all the ones offered by The Stretch Loop TM .
| Most people can use the floor, a partner, chairs, and wall rail to stretch but these options are not always available. These way of stretching are reasonably effective if you know how to do them properly and can target some part of your body, however, they are not always easy to perform. For instance, people who stretches the hamstrings on the floor will probably need to hold their body weight with their hands in order to not put too much pressure in their legs. In doing so, their body is folded in half and their breathing is restricted. The floor, a partner, chairs, and wall rail stretching can work in your flexibility but will not working improving your balance and breathing.
